2. Purpose of the service
Tamiro lets you structure a marketing context, create content with the help of artificial intelligence, organize automations and schedule posts on connected platforms. Analysis tools use the data of the authorized Google accounts to follow traffic and visibility in search engines.
3. Free access and connected services
The Tamiro service is currently offered free of charge. This describes the current offer.
You must hold the necessary rights over the projects, content, websites and accounts you connect. Access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics is granted by your authorization and can be revoked. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms.
4. Content and automations
You define the instructions, the publishing settings and the schedules of your automations. Content produced with AI may contain errors and must be reviewed before publication. Using the features does not guarantee a commercial result, a ranking in search engines or a level of traffic.
5. Personal data
The privacy policy describes the processing related to the service and to the Google connections.
6. Rights over content
You keep the rights you hold over the content and documents you provide to the service. You authorize their processing to the extent needed for the operations you request, including their analysis, transformation and publication on the connected platforms. You must respect the rights of third parties; generation by AI guarantees neither the originality nor the exclusivity of a piece of content.
7. Availability and end of use
The service may be temporarily unavailable, in particular for maintenance, a technical incident or a provider’s unavailability. You can stop using Tamiro, disconnect your services and ask for your account to be closed at contact@tamiro.ai. The handling of data when an account is closed is described in the privacy policy.
8. Liability and contact
You remain responsible for the instructions you provide and for the content you decide to publish. The publisher’s liability applies under the conditions of the applicable law; these terms exclude no mandatory guarantee or right.
For any difficulty, contact contact@tamiro.ai so that we can look for an amicable solution. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving a user of the mandatory protections they benefit from. Failing an amicable resolution, the legal rules of jurisdiction apply.
